New mini treasures and my first bear of the year!

Today I would like to share a couple of things with all of you!  First are my new little treasures that I purchased.  :o)  These little cats are made by the very talented Linda Fisher.  I won the little grey kitten on E-bay and I just fell in love with it, so I contacted Linda and had the orange cat, "Crookshanks" commissioned.  He is so perfect, I love him!  He has glow in the dark eyes and a poseable tail.  He is destined for my Harry Potter pet shop that I am building :o)

Next I would like to share my very first bear of 2011!  Her name is "Fern".  I am really wishing for spring lately, so I just had to make a spring-like bear!

I feel so lucky!

Look what I got :o)  I was so happy last month to learn that I won the beautiful giveaway prize from After Dark Miniatures!!  I picked it up at the post office a couple of days ago and it was like Christmas all over again!  I feel so lucky to have this wonderful piece of work in my collection!

New minis in my Etsy shop!

I hope you all had a wonderful week!  I have been thinking a lot about new year's resolutions and goals for 2011,  I'm sure a lot of you have also!  Part of my resolution/goal is to make more minis available in my Etsy shop this year.  I have done just that this morning!  I added three plants that I have been working on over the past couple of weeks.  I hope you like them!!  I am going to try and find a balance between making bears and making minis (another part of my resolution). 

I would love to hear what you think!  Or if there is anything special you would like to see, either miniature or bear related!
